Cancel anytime

No lock-ins, no hoops. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

No future charges

Once cancelled, your card will never be charged again for this subscription.

Access until cycle ends

You keep full access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle.

3-day refund window

Refund requests are honoured within 3 days of a charge. No refunds after that period.

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

No future charges after cancellation

After cancellation, no future charges are applied to that plan.

Access runs to end of billing cycle

After cancellation, access remains active until the last day of the current billing period.

Refunds within 3 days of charge

Refund requests are accepted within 3 days of the charge date. Requests after 3 days are not refundable.

How cancellation works

Step 01

Cancel your subscription

Go to Settings → Billing and click "Cancel plan". Your cancellation is instant and confirmed by email.

Step 02

Enjoy the rest of your cycle

Access remains fully active until the last day of your current billing period — nothing is cut short.

Step 03

No future billing

After the cycle ends, your plan downgrades automatically. You will not be charged again.

Requesting a refund

To request a refund, email billing@commitlink.org within 3 days of the charge. Include your account email and the charge date and we'll process it promptly.
